Tic toc tic toc... While we wait for the inspections to pass, let's talk about some of the things that have been completed:

1) We have a water pump for the basement.  This is required to help empty drain water from the basement.  Since the holding tank that collects the overflow water from the shower and sinks is below ground, it doesn't naturally empty with the use of gravity because it is, well, below ground!

2) We have electrical in the garage! Yay!

3) I can almost picture the two TVs, LED underlit shelving and bar sink... Can you see it?
