Has anyone out there ever owed a double mortgage???
It is kinda scary.
Today we closed on the property! Yay! Hurrah! Now we officially own the property located at 336 Chattahoochee Street. On Wednesday this week we will meet at the property site to develop a site plan with the builder and architect. Maybe this means we will be able to have our breaking ground/demo party a la "Extreme Makeover" in the next couple of weeks...hmmmm?

I have owed two mortgages, and, yes, it's a little scary. I kept wondering if the other house would sell. Would the other house sell? Would the other house sell? I mean, someone would buy it, right? Right? C'mon, tell me someone will buy it!!!!
Congrats on the reponsible designer. I had no idea you hadn't even closed on the other property yet. How exciting!
