New architect?

Dare I say- architect???
Ok- this is really an update from October 17th- I am a bit behind.
We have a new architect now. He is in fact only a "design architect" or something like that as you do not have to be licensed in the state of GA. He does not maintain a license for some artsy reason but he finished school, has worked now for 14 years and has worked with our builder before.

Compared to the last person- he is totally organized. He uses all the updated CAD software, has email access, has a cellphone, works under a strict timeline and pay schedule. He will proved 3D renderings to us to access online as he is working on the house so that we can get a good feel for what he has designed so far.

Four weeks from October 17th- looking to have final architectural dimensions...
