The story goes on and on and is repeated a million times over...

Contractors are liars through and through.  Unfortunately for the average consumer, we don't know that we should make provisions in our contracts regarding timeliness and quality of work and relate that to the payments that they are supposed to receive...

Now we know!

Remodeling Expo's John Hogan and Peter Schnieper have proved themselves to be liars and customer-hostile.

True to form, they promise you the world and then look you in the eyes and lie to you.

Don't work with them unless you have set in your contract provisions for timeliness and quality. I would highly recommend working with lawyers to develop a comprehensive contract that protects you, as the consumer, from the headache that we have had to deal with from these jerks.
