Expect the Unexpected
We are on the look-out for a new builder at this point... Due to some unexpected complications, Jason and I have not yet signed a contract with a builder. If you want the details- call me and I'd be happy to tell you the whole story. We'll see what happens in the next couple of weeks. Will we break ground in August? Hmmm....

Oh No! Sorry to hear about the unexpected change of plans. Best wishes finding someone you like who works out well.
Does the builder handle the demolition or do you contract with someone else for that?
The builder handles it- but we do plan to have a demo party- "Extreme Makeover Home Edition" style : )
